Guilt is a powerful thing. In the book of Macbeth, Lady Macbeth becomes mentally ill from the torment of guilt. An example of me feeling guilty is when I was playing dodgeball with my friends, and two kids seemed very timid to join in on the game. I felt guilt given that I was having fun with my friends, not scared of what people thought of me, whether it be me making a mistake, or getting hit with a ball. On the other hand, these two kids seemed scared of what people would think of them. I wanted to try and get them involved in the game, but I personally felt nervous to walk up to them. Eventually, the kids got more comfortable with the environment that they were in. Overall, whenever you see someone who may seem nervous or uncomfortable in the environment they are in, try to get them involved with what you are doing, and include them in the fun
